My Daily Journal of Positivity
This Journal is dedicated to those who want to improve their mood, boost their self-esteem and have more positive life experiences. There is power in positive thinking and it's time for you to understand why and to make a decision for your life to invite in more happiness, peace, calm through positivity.
There are so many challenges we face in our lives to a point where it does impact us in a variety of ways. It can increase our struggle with anxiety, the struggle with stress, and increase our mental health challenges. This journal is not about us "only" thinking positive we have other emotions as well, we will discuss toxic positivity, and why it is important to embrace our emotions.
When we have difficult times or these uneasy life experiences in our life such as job loss, divorce, loss of a loved one, a friend to betray us, health challenges causing us illness, money challenges, family issues, and or, more one can develop a negative outlook. How do you get back to positive in a healthy way?!?
We may need help with getting out of the negative outlook or what can also be referred to as a negative mindset. I often share a message on planting seeds of positivity, hope, success and growth. As we focus on the good things in our life and gain a full understanding of in what ways positivity can be a superpower we can then have more positive interactions, thoughts and experiences. As you begin to practice positive thinking the easier it will become.
This journal is for you if you ready to have increased happiness and fulfillment. You will have a combination of guided journaling prompts and free flow journaling. If you are ready to turn your light on and shine, let's go.
Here is a quote that I love " The more optimistic you are, the more likely you are to take on challenges, to preserve in the face of setbacks, and to recover from misfortune." ~ Martin Seligman
We all need to be encouraged sometimes, this is your encouragement. The time has come for you to take action and get out of the cycle of wanting better but not taking the steps to help get you there.
Grab a friend to take along with you on your positivity journey. Your future self will thank you for it. Your family and friends will be appreciative of it.
